It's fair to say, we agree as parents that it's a good thing self-care is not considered selfish anymore. The Zen Package is a 45-minute service (so approachable! We can squeeze that in!) designed only to pamper you. Before even trying it myself, I had booked one for my husband as a Father’s Day gift knowing it was just what he needed during a busy school year. The Zen Package is all the things we want most in a massage, feet, arms, hands AND head and scalp. No undressing required, just relax into the warmed blanket and bliss out.
In addition to rich moisturizing cream, part of the package includes hot mitts and booties for maximum effect. I’m not usually a talker during a service, but it was great to connect with Kerry, who is so warm and personable, at the beginning before I almost fell asleep (or maybe I did?), halfway through. The Zen Package is aptly named as I was genuinely able to pop my busy brain onto a metaphorical shelf while finding sweet, serene zen. The CBD oil upgrade helped with that too!
