Our "Train Like A Pro" experience is the driver of our company, giving each and every athlete the chance to experience what it is like to train like a professional athlete. At ML Strength we are committed to a first class training process delivering optimum results to youth, collegiate, professional, and recreational athletes...as well as those that always wondered what it was like to be a Pro.  ML Strength is a Sports Performance Training Company that provides athletes with the same techniques used by Olympic and Professional Athletes. Our approach and training methods combine speed, strength, and power development, with physical therapy, massage, nutrition, lifestyle and character development to create the complete athlete. 
 
Pro Training
TRAIN LIKE A PRO with our professional athlete experience. After going through a performance evaluation with 1 of our performance coaches that encompasses a 360 degree approach to uncover athlete strengths, deficiencies, and
asymmetries.  Pro Training standardizes all the training methods professional athletes use in a small group setting.  All athletes begin in a group setting working through Core, Dynamic Movement 5, and Skills and Drills.  After the first segment all athletes train individually with their custom programs to reach their desired goals.  Sport specific training for: Baseball, basketball, field hockey, golf, ice hockey, football, soccer, volleyball, swimming and endurance sports.  This option is open to both adults and youth athletes.
 
Elite Training
TRAIN LIKE A PRO with our elite professional athlete experience. After going through a performance evaluation with 1 of our performance coaches that encompasses a 360 degree approach to uncover athlete strengths, deficiencies, and asymmetries.  Elite Training standardizes all the training methods professional athletes use in an intimate one on one environment. 
Personal Training Sessions include: Coaches stretching, release techniques and specific cues, skill work and custom performance programs to ensure we take you to where you want to be.
 
Training Camp
TRAIN LIKE A PRO in our high energy adult based team-training sessions. Our training camps inject sport into every session and take group fitness to another level. You will expirience injury prevention, movement skills, cardio, and full body functional strength movements in a safe, competitive, and team environment.
