Fire jugglers heat up summer in Sleepy Hollow

SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY (June 13, 2016) — Fire jugglers will provide an adrenalin-pumping jolt of pre-July Fourth excitement during A Night on Fire, Friday through Sunday, July 1-3, at Philipsburg Manor. Performances are at 8:30pm on Friday, 8 and 9:30pm on Saturday, and8pm on Sunday.
 
This one-hour show is a fully choreographed, live display of fire arts featuring flame-wielding, fire-eating performers twisting and turning, juggling and dancing, spinning and sword fighting. Performed by the juggling and comedy troupe A Different Spin, part of the Boston Circus Guild, A Night on Fire features stunts and family friendly humor and is ideal for all ages.
 
Musician Jim Keyes offers pre-show entertainment. And for those who find themselves craving a cool treat, Blue Pig of Croton serves homemade ice cream.
 
Tickets for A Night on Fire are $22 for adults and $16 for children 17 and under. Members of Historic Hudson Valley receive a $5 per ticket discount. Tickets are available in advance online atwww.hudsonvalley.org.
 
Historic Hudson Valley, the non-profit education and preservation organization that owns and operates Philipsburg Manor, is the event producer. Other Historic Hudson Valley events include The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze, Horseman’s Hollow, and LIGHTSCAPES.
